Community VOICE: Setup

: Setup the VOICE in All Communities
To set up the Community VOICE in your area all you have to do is find enough people to fill the positions below. You will need:
  1. at least 1 Community Coordinator
  2. at least 1 Website Administrator
  3. and a minimum of 5 Steering Group Members
Once approved the COORDINATOR & WEB ADMINISTRATOR will be sent a username and password so that they can login where:
  1. SUGGESTED topics can be viewed / edited
  2. Topic can be set for RATING
  3. POLLS can be created & VOICED to the community
  4. POLLS can be ended & RESULTS can be printed
  5. ACTION POINTS can be created
In addition to this you will be able to:
  1. Monitor COMMENTS & ARGUMENTS
  2. Monitor NOTICES
  3. Review STATISTICS
